1. Support creation and maintain processes related to Sales & Marketing, Portfolios and Accounting–2. Coordinate with the teams in India and US to implement additional project–3. Creation of accurate and timely reports. This includes: forecasting, sales pipeline and sales and–revenue goals. Reports have various deadlines ranging from daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly–and will be monitored accordingly–4. Participate in ERP implementation project, support manager Back office Support to Interact with the stakeholders of the project for successful implementation of the project.–5. Support Manager Back Office Support in CRM projects as assigned. This includes: Database–management, weekly audits, data entry, list creation and other sales and marketing requirements.–6. Create and maintain all SBO processes. Processes will be reviewed monthly with Sales and–Marketing for updates as needed.–7. Participate in cross-training plan for the Back Office Team so that they can perform each otherâ€™s–tasks during absence of each other.–8. Provide services in a professional manner, adhering to all CHR Solutions standards as identified in–the Employee Handbook, the performance evaluation system, and other company and departmental programs and policies.–9. Identify, meet and/or exceed client expectations within defined parameters related to delivery of–services, quality, revenue, and sales goals.
