The Human Resources Representative is responsible for operational and technical duties of the Human Resource Department including, recruiting, hiring, HRIS management, and other recruitment activities. Incumbent will successfully meet or exceed business unit goals while maintaining quality standards, hiring right resources, and following company and business unit directives and practices.::–1.Involved in recruitment for various IT and Non IT position for both full time and contractual position based onthe requirement from US.–2.Involved in sourcing, screening, recruiting, and hiring professionals for IT Industry.–3.Posting/Advertising job requirements in internal and external career search sites.–4.Building strong relationships with hiring managers, Directors to ensure hiring requirements are met.–5.Track, manage and record interview details–6.Manage complete recruitment process as per policy.–7.Assist with the onboarding process.–8.Assist with updating HRIS for new hires.–9.Oversee confidential employee records, including salary data, benefits, and personnel information.–10.It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management, and based on the needs of the business.—-11.Develop and maintain technical competencies as defined by departmental management–
